A series?
One reason I enjoyed writing The Doctor Takes a Detour so much was the way the secondary characters just sort of sprang to life without a lot of effort on my part. I did try to reflect the diversity that is Florida, but even that was not too difficult, having lived and worked in Florida most of my life. While the characters are not based on anyone specific, they are sort of a blend of people I have known.
So various minor characters are clamoring to have their stories written, and I have generally mapped out a couple of their stories. But I’m not sure which to tackle next, so if you have an opinion after you read the book, let me know at webpage: brenchristopher.com.
