I have found I enjoy co-authored novels quite a bit. And I love trying to guess which portions of the story and characters was written by which author.
My first selection is The Sleeping Beauty Killer which is the third installment in Mary Higgins Clark’s and Alafair Burke’s Under Suspicion series. I used to read all of Ms. Clark’s novels, but I stopped reading her books several years ago. But since I’m a huge fan of Ms. Burke, I thought I’d give their co-authored series a try. And I am very happy I did because I absolutely love the Under Suspicion series.

My second choice is When the Devil Wants In by Cate Ashwood and J.H. Knight. While I have not read anything written by J.H. Knight, I have read and enjoyed several of Cate Ashwood’s novels.
The cover of When the Devil Wants In first drew me to the novel, but it was the summary that led me to purchase a copy. I love books with small town settings and I also enjoy seeing big city people adjust to life in small towns. Throw in a murder investigation and I’m in reading heaven.
