February’s Reading Challenge was to read a book with “love” in the title.
My selection was The Love of a Good Amish Woman which is the third installment in Rosalind Lauer’s delighfully charming Joyful River series.
I greatly enjoyed this sweet romance. The main characters are older which makes for a nice change of pace. Despite their maturity, both have room to grow as they unexpectedly find love. They also live in caring and supportive community who never hesitate to step in whenever their assistance is needed. Organic problems and slight misunderstandings between the lead characters add a bit of conflict that is nicely resolved in a heartfelt way. An oustanding romance that is quite uplifting and immensely gratifying.

I read Weighting for Love by Sam E Kraemer.
It didn’t live up to my expectations- bit long winded, referring to characters as their job a lot, not just in relation to the job.
Characters were quite stereotyped

Stupid Love by Riley Hart was okay. I enjoyed the side characters as much as the mains. I don’t know that I’ll read another by Riley Hart, at least not in this series, if it is a series.
Oh,no! I’m sorry it was just a so-so read. I have a few Riley Hart books in my TBR but I haven’t read any of her books. Hopefully the next read will be better!
