December Reading Challenge: Old and New

December’s Reading Challenge: old and new. No it’s not going be as difficult as you think!

With the old year ending and the new one about to begin, I am thinking outside the box for this month’s challenge. My selection for this month is Chris Hammer’s latest release, Treasure and Dirt. This newest release is a standalone mystery (new). But the Sydney homicide detective that was in some of the mysteries from his Martin Scarsden has a role in this book (old).

So if a favorite author (old) has a recent release (new) you haven’t read, it would fit the challenge. You could also read a new book from a series you’ve been reading (old). Or if an author begins a new series that is a spin off from a former series. Or you can do like I did and select a new book with a character that was in a previous novel.

You get the idea. Be creative and think outside the box! Have fun picking this month’s book.

I am looking forward to your selection!
Happy Reading!!

I haven’t read any of her books, but she’s a nice lady. I’ve met her a few times at GRL. Hope you enjoy Blind Tiger.
